Clark, SD | In order for them to pull him out of his car they have to be in fear for their life...which they clearly weren't...thats why i hate cops because they want to abuse the power they dont have. Pennsylva v Mills is what gives them that ability...but only when they fear for their life. At that point they already had his ID and knew who he was, he was also driving a $300k car and complied with everything that was required. The only thing hill was required to do was give his liecense and registration...which he did...he only started to put the window up as the officer was WALKING AWAY. | |
