Interesting that Tyreek Hill was driving with the window down, then rolled up the window as the officer approached. Then reacted angrily when the officer tapped on the window.
Thats what I usually do in a traffic stop situation*** Helps keep everybody calm.
Officer with the hand tats was aggressive unnecessarily in my opinion. The entire scene could have been avoided with some level headed behavior.
