If you can, sell the corporation with the land and have the new buyer dissolve or roll the corporation into their farm corporation. Not sure down your way but up here it is a big advantage tax wise to do it this way. We had some land in a farm corporation and did it that way and for incentive we covered all legal and accounting cost for both parties.
