coast of Maine | I think you are off to a great start.I suggest some sort of financial agreement with mom/dad that gives them a retirement money stream.I would have a family meeting and this will allow all to consider the implications.If you have insane siblings they should voice their opinions and you can all listen.But if the $$ dont work as you need at least break even on the farming they need to hear why.I did the purchase way back before they were elderly.My siblings are bat crap crazy now as they see $$ signs in their thin minds.Too late. | |
