Just had a landlord call today. Selling a 40 acre square that we farm. Got offered 10k per acre. No commercial development potential. Only 26 acres tillable. Aph of 165. Someone still has money stashed away I guess. Landlord was honoring my first right to refusal. I quickly refused. Lol
sounds like a good place to store away the feed mill profits. What else you going to spend your money on that doesn't depreciate? |
