Ohio | This is the best reply so far. It is possible for the farm to successfully transfer between generations, but IMO transparency is key. When things are done in secret is when intentions are questioned feelings get hurt.
Not sure if Purdue has any resources, but OSU had a farm transition workshop with some homework that was to be handled by the family before you went to see the lawyers and started racking up the hourly fees. | |
