Unless you have a written contract for deed and a written (as in lawyer written and signed by both parties) plan for you to assume control of the assets you are setting yourself up for the biggest mistake you ever made in your life. Vague promises about how "someday" you will have ownership and how you will be compensated for working for a reduced wage by receiving equity are worth nothing. You will waste the most productive years of your life and end up with nothing to show for it but a worn out body and a bitter attitude that will last you until you die. Think your parents would never do that to you? So did I. |
