Could anyone really tell if it’s angus beef ?
I’m not sure we could and we were raised in this business.
We went ( or are going that way ) because they bring more money . Personally I like our Herefords better . They grow faster .
Angus has a lot of fat and little flavor and is greasy compared to Hereford- as in actual Hereford, not a crossbreed.
That has been my experience buying "certified angus" compared to our registered Herefords. |
