Try right clicking them and compressing them into a zipped file. You can leave in same folder. The zipped file should show up when you try to import them.
This is the correct answer. Zip the entire CN1 folder, then select the zipped file to upload. FieldOps will upload the zip file, then unzip it and process the data. I'm guessing you're just not being patient enough for all the data to complete processing. But it could be that there is something wrong with the data or a bug on the FieldOps side as well. How long have you waited? |
