But the best I have had we make ourselves. Bought a dehydrator big enough to make the effort worthwhile. I prefer jerky made from hamburger. We make it in sheets and simply cut it in strips with scissors.
You know exactly what goes in it.
Picture with wife in it she is sealing batches in a vacuum sealer for longer storage in the freezer or refrigerator.
Making in sheets and cutting with scissors is quick and easy. Simply pat out the hamburger on a silicon mesh sheet on top of the wire racks. Cut with scissors when dehydrated. Easy peasy. Quick clean up with the silicon sheets.
The white stuff in the dehydrator is chicken. She makes chicken flour to bake and cook with.
