| You can make your own real easy. We do our deer jerky at home, bought a $100 meat slicer 15 years ago but a butcher should be able to slice it for you. We use a "jerky cannon"" like a caulk gun for making ground meat into jerky or sticks. Internet will have plenty if recipes for seasoning. Dehydrate on racks in your oven at 200° or find a dehydrator.
