SW MN | I currently am able to sleep only 2-3 hours/night. I tried Trazodone and after about a month I had a severe reaction to it which I'm almost recovered from. I've tried different levels of Melatonin, Tryptophan and Benadryl with no success. I use a blue light filter and sleep in a room that's around 68 degrees. I've also used white noise which used to work well but no longer seems to help. I am obviously very tired but when I start to fall asleep I wake up again. Some days I am able to take a 15-30 minute nap in the afternoon. The nights are SOOO long! | |
