KB, great answer. It took me a while for that point to click re: kernel weight is not test weight!!. As another commenter below said, there are other factors like kernel shape and "slipperiness" of the seeds that could lead to a higher TW and have nothing to do with end yield. Its interesting this is such a controversial topic every year.
