I'm gonna be the odd one out on some of these replies. Don't bother w/Texas Roadhouse. From Memphis area, you probably have one within 5mi of your house, and they just aren't that special. They'll certainly "do" if there aren't any other good choices around and you're hungry for beef. But there are so many other great options presented here, you have choices. We kinda make it a practice where we can of not eating in chains when we travel if we can help it. Exception being, a chain that we don't have locally, just to see what the hype is about.
