Bt 99 is kind of a light gun. I think I’d just a well shoot the Remington 1100. But if its a field gun your going to have to change the stock and get one with a high comb, or better yet an adjustable comb. Length of pull can be played with with spacers and different recoil pad thickness. Probly need a full choke barrel also unless it has choke tubes. Eventually if he sticks with it he will probably want a single/ over under combo, but by that time he’ll have some experience and know more about what he wants.
