I'm heading out the door to ride my Honda CRF250F dirt bike around the farm and on some timber trails I have made on the farm through my limited woods area and across small creek beds, around ponds, etc. The ride through the woods in narrow passages between trees definitely keeps my brain/hand/eye coordination going. I don't ride it fast or recklessly like I might have as a kid, but at least it should help me maintain balance and coordination. Have to stand up and ride on some crossings. At least that is what I tell myself, should help keep my brain alive.

Have only minor crashed a couple times....:-)
