S Illinois | Trump didn’t force a thing. It was only after exhaustion of all sources did China buy. And they were never going to buy “huge”. They bought what the market demanded. And it looked great because 2018-2019 were so poor. Pure sales job. Forcing something that doesn’t make sense economically never works in the end.
It won’t go any better if it happens a second time.
