Covid is the only thing that saved China. Without covid I fully believe trump would be president today and would have held China to a somewhat equal trade balance. I don't think we could truly get to equal trade because Americans want cheap products for some reason. I'm guilty of that myself. Buy something made in China for half price of American made but it only lasts half as long. The only winner in that deal is China and chances are the next time you buy it even if it's from China the price has gone up enough that it would have made more sense to buy the American made product in first place. And when it comes to grain it's all about supply and demand anyways. There is only so many bushels in the world and it will get where it is needed regardless of tariffs.



We agree....I think.

It seems now china is taking full advantage of our political ways and are anxious to give us the middle finger. If we were united, the US could have kept the heat on china. I think trump does understand america first and how to win in business dealings. At least he did before he was so tattered. Who knows now what he will do.
