Subject: RE: Part two on corn characteristics

northern edge of north central Missouri
If 1250 cubic feet of corn is delivered to a processor......

Will the processor end up with......

A. More finished product with #60 test weight corn?

B. The same amount of finished product to sell regardless of 56# tw, 60# tw, or anything in between?

C. Less of some things but equal amounts of other things with the 56# tw corn?

Does it take more cubic feet of corn to meet demand in a low test weight (national average) year?

Does USDA ever make yield adjustments after determining actual TW when making up state and national yield numbers?
