NW IL | Last weekend I had a wedding to go to on the east end of Ohio. Took I88 across IL to I80 out there, came back on rt30.
I was surprised how dry Ohio and Indiana looked. There were a scarce few pockets that must have gotten rain, but ditches were brown and corn was fired across a huge chunk of IN and Ohio. They will be starting harvest before us just looking at how dry the fields were looking.
I think N IL is still doing ok, but another inch would be nice to finish things off. | |
