NE Indiana | Been saying this for a long time. Why does a government agency with 100,000 employees put out some guesses. Just wait for the actual numbers and release known facts and let the market sort itself out. Honestly, I would even be fine with early estimates if they just used APH for every state as a starting point. Maybe use past 5 years instead of 10 so it's more realistic to the current time period. | |
