Did you try to do a completely new calibration? Could also be a bad wheel angle sensor. Wheel angle sensor is about the only thing I've ever seen cause it to steer straight but to 1 side or the other of the line. Even a problem with terrain compensation doesn't give that symptom. It would still be on the line, but the line would be off. If you can find the spot in the steer command menu where it shows the wheel angle sensor readings steer it full right and full left slowly and watch the readings. If at any point the readings jump a bunch or stops moving all together, I would probably start with a new sensor.
