No probably not. I don't see what that has to do with the fact that Humanity has been eating seed oils for at least 5,000 years
Do you see any differences between a seed that is just squished to remove the oil and the process that takes place in a factory to produce shelf stable oils?

If my AD ancestors knew about hydrogenation and solvent extraction of seed oils back then, I’m really feeling stupid….
