It's not cherry picking do the math.
The USDA estimates only 11 million people drink raw milk at least once per year given that 20-year period That's 220 million. Divide that by 228 hospitalizations. And you get a number extremely close to the one I have listed.
"According to a 2022 FDA study, about 1% of US adults drink raw milk weekly. This is out of the 4.4% of US adults who reported drinking raw milk at least once in the past year."
It is cherry picking. Do the math. Use these numbers and get back to us on those odds.
