Northern Nebraska | The current war on vegetable oil is perpetuated by people with no real knowledge of science or history.
Humans have eaten vegetable oil for millennia. The overwhelming scientific opinion is that they are perfectly safe.
None of that matters to the public for some reason. Yes the market should take note. The crop associations should spend some of that juicy checkoff money on education of the public.
