Milford, IL | On numbers alone 65# is too small for that age group in my opinion. Some of those boys will weigh 40# or more than he does.
IMO no shame in recognizing that you are not cut out (physically or otherwise) for a task and making other plans. If he hates it, or understands that he is physically undersized and concerned with getting hurt when hes on the field, I would be inclined to let him not finish the season. Tough call and Im not certain which is the right choice. | |
