It stinks because you’re forced into purchasing a more expensive car than if you had access to the Chinese made cars
However, if everyone purchases the cheap Chinese made cars then that hurts your domestic producers who can’t match the cost of production that the Chinese producer has
So which is correct? Many say that if you can’t match the price then you don’t get the business. To me, it seems that you can never complain about things not being made domestically after that. You don’t get your cake and eat it to, that’s why everything is made overseas now
At the same time, I hate government interference in trade. But I also dislike cheap foreign made products taking business from quality domestic companies
