If you have a KitchenAid mixer, I think the fruit & vegetable strainer attachment would work great for grapes. I use mine for tomatoes and the seeds, skins & stems go right out the end.
Edit: I guess I don't know how small the grape seeds are. Maybe they would go through with the juice.
