Croswell, Michigan | Tom, I have 2 36'x13 narrow corrigation bins. Both slabs poured as one pour. They have a pretty elaborate re-rod cage in the outside and pretty sure they have rod through the center.
If they are following the bin manufactuers specs, I would think you would be alright. Maybe take some pictures while they pour to document how it was done if you have problems down the road.
