There are lots of micro environments in this country. Some people don't seem to realize that. JoeR likes to rag on people who say it is different 20 miles away. Sometimes, at least in my little corner of the world, that can easily be the case. Last year from June 29 until harvest, the north end of my county,(about 20 miles away, imagine that), had about 25 more inches of rain than I did. Record corn yields there, under APH here.
