Nw Iowa | There is a lot of difference in quality from non original parts suppliers and sometimes just on 1 item, not another. Shoup has stood behind their parts, others not so much. Deere has also had some problems but have stood behind them. Most times money saved in a machine down doesn’t pay for the overhead of machine down during peak season. We also need dealer support. So has to be a balance in everything. We value good service. Fixing all this stuff that need computers to diagnose is beyond my abilities. | |
