I only drink raw milk and my wife makes all her own yogurt with our raw milk. I'd think the less processed the better. I sure wouldn't want the stuff, especially with sucralose added.
Pasteurized milk in any measurable quantity gives me a bit of a gut ache so I avoid it. Raw milk from the family milk cow doesn't bother me at all.
Either the raw milk has enzymes/bacteria that help my body digest it or there is some preservative/stabilizer added to pasteurized milk that my body doesn't agree with.
