You can go a few miles any direction of my place and tell who is a farmer and who is a cattlemen based on fields.
You’re absolutely correct.
Must be a regional thing. There are many cow operations in the county I live in. Most are really good farmers. Anywhere from 50 to 1000+ cow operations. One thing that they have in common is they are multi generational.
Market talk is sort of depressing
