You will be just fine. Take a deep breathe and this year will be over in the blink of an eye. I find when I am feeling some anxiety like that or getting stressed just schedule in some daily exercise. It honestly helps. 20-30 min walk fits the bill. I should do this every day bit life gets in the way. At least in college you have to walk to classes!
