And I doubt anything fishy going on. Most elevators/grain terminals would like to “turn” their facilities 1-2-3 times during harvest. I know a grain terminal in our area that several years ago turned their facilities 5 times during a long drawn out harvest. Make money by handling bushels. If an elevator filled up early during harvest with storage corn they’d have to shut the doors and stop taking grain. Like it or not they are just trying to maximize their revenue like everyone else.
