S Illinois | Real fear in the elevator business as to what is going to be available for space come mid Oct. Space is going to be at a premium. So they want to maximize their return on storage. No real read on price other than basis will be very weak in another month and the elevator wants to position itself to take advantage of that.
Edit: Very good chance they also have more old crop carryover than they would like so that a chunk of their space is already spoken for.
