Be careful with “Holding Grain - Because of Non Payment”… Did that once and was told by law enforcement that since we didn’t have a contract stating that grain would be held if no payment made, we were in contempt of the law. Lesson learned, ask for payment upfront or write a contract with anyone you don’t have a history or have concerns with.
