Cherokee iowa | How many times has buying land cashed flowed through out the years? I’m talking buying an 80 and the 80 paying for itself. I’ve been around the block a few times never have found that golden goose. Right now a 40 bought at 20000 will take 30 years and two paid for 80s to cash flow it at $5 corn. Unless you got the cash. But then let the cash sit in a cd if that’s the case. Just that inflation is a ugly monster poking his head out. | |
