S Illinois | Countries are free to trade with whomever they want. The dollar was used because other counties didn’t trust each other and still don’t. This is why itsso hard for Brics to make a currency as none of the other countries want to give up control of their own currency and manipulation it allows.
There seems to be this idea that merely trading on the CBOT is what gives US strength. No one is forced to go through the CBOT or exchange to move grain. Brics can make another commodity exchange. But then they have to be transparent to the world for anyone to want to trade there. But somehow the original video maker thinks they can hide pricing? This is probably the biggest thing what doesn’t make any sense in the video.
