I still prefer to watch a game on the radio. No one calls one today as good as Dolf and Eddie. Didn't hear how well Pat did filling those shoes today.

Ive heard it said nobody is irreplaceable. Well, in the case of Podolak, I’d disagree. Dolphin was a great replacement for Zabel, but nobody can fills Ed’s vacancy. One of my favorite things in life is listening to Hawk and Cyclone games on the radio on a cool, crisp fall day in the field, with a hot thermos of good coffee. Settle in for a long afternoon of great football, called by great announcers.
