SW OH | I hear you. There are notes all over my doctor's office that state "please be here 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling your appointment and being charged for this one as well". I show up a few minutes before my time, but not 20. They do ask if there are any changes in my insurance. I get taken to a room within 5 minutes of my appointment time, but often sit and wait 30 minutes for the doctor. I'll have to ask them if i can charge them next time. My time is valuable too.
3: Why send me 12 text messages and 10 emails reminding me of my upcoming appointment wanting me to check in. These start 7 days before the appointment and at odd times such as 10:35 PM on a Sunday night. I'm usually in bed by 8 or 9.
