Ludington/Manistee MI area

1.  Why make out an appointment card and tell me my appointment is at 10:00 AM but if I get there at 9:55 AM they say I'm late?  If you want me there at 9:40AM then write that on the appointment card and tell me my appointment is at 9:40 AM.  And don't tell me you need to ask a bunch of insurance and residence questions after I was there last week and I haven't moved in over 70 years, certainly not in the last week.

2.  We like many of you have caller I.D. and don't answer calls that are unknown.  Area codes in our area are known  to us from all the doctors we go to.  And most business's show on the I.D. as who they are.  For some reason some medical facilities have their nurses call on their own cell phones and these phones just show a number, no name.  When you call from an office (of any kind) have your business name show in caller I.D.

Based off your trivial 1st world worries why worry about a few minutes?  You have a multitude of time to work with.  It’s not like you badged out of work and are burning precious PTO time or have to rush to get kids somewhere.

As far as phone numbers just answer it and get it over with.  I’ve used my personal phone at work for that last 3 years ever permit I fill out at work has my personal number, it’s posted on my office door.  I get work calls at all hours of the day guess what it has killed me yet.  I just know out sites IT guy will fix my company phone someday oh wait he calls and texts me on my personal phone too.  If it’s a telemarketer it’s as simple as just hang up you got the time.

Are you being treated for the tire dust exposure?  That why so many doctors appointments?
