That the people of the medical professions are highly educated goes without saying. That does not follow with WISDOM. Then again; The Bible speaks of WORLDLY Wisdom vs. HEAVENLY Wisdom:: BIG difference!
My experience has been that most people seem to do one thing very well, but that very few multi-task well. Too many managers think they do all things well, but lack WISDOM to acknowledge their own limitations & scede authority to others.
Then, too, there is a personality type that gravitates to POWER, that when in charges-messes EVERYTHING up! Flame away! | |
