My wife has done a pile of canning this summer using stuff from our garden. She has done salsa, canned tomatoes, rotel, squash relish, pickled okra and snap beans. Some things in the freezer and some dehydrated. She was doing Muscatine jelly today. Pickles also. Got to pick tomatoes and some bell peppers in the mourning.
