I think rental game is pretty tough no matter where you are at. I always hear comment land is tough to rent here. Where is this place where land is easy to rent? If you can grow 250 bu or better corn every year I bet rents reflect it. I don’t think many people have long term leases just because things have been so variable as far as gov payments and input costs.
