I think you mean ultra-pasteurized milk. It keeps longer because it is heated to a higher temp. before chilling. It is easy to find in some C-stores and groceries because it has a longer shelf life date, along with half and half and cream. With todays prices, it is a shame to throw out sour milk. I wonder if it loses some quality and flavor when it is processed like that.
