
| Cliff SEIA - 8/30/2024 10:50 I don't know how it was figured but I recently saw somebody saying that to cover the basic needs of a family of 4 takes almost $12,000 more per year than it did in 2020.
They must not be including much in the “basic needs” category because $12k wouldn’t cover a whole lot more than the increase in grocery expenses. Never mind luxurious things like healthcare, housing and utilities. Double that amount would be a lot closer to reality.
