Our driveway is a similar length.
Washboards are the main problem.
Has to be wet to do a good job of shaping it up.
One thing about it is, the washboards allow the water to drain away.
Shape it up really good and then it takes a load of small gravel to get the tires out of the soup.
Otherwise the washboards are replaced with potholes.
