Noticed these Yoplait yogurt cups at Meijer the other day on sale, 10 for $6 or maybe it was $9, acceptable price either way.
These particular cups contain 'ultra filtered' milk, and the end result is quite a lot more protein than a regular Yoplait, about 3x as much protein and zero added sugars. They taste good. Original Yoplait yogurt cups have a ton of added sugar.
Are there any drawbacks to ultra filtered milk?

Here is an article on ultra filtered milk. Looks like it has benefits that many people may want to buy it for.
As for the yogurt to me it seems like they just replaced the sugar that would be in regular milk with an artificial sweetener. |
