I would suggest that most do not want to look because of how terrifying it might look.
That would be me. I’m not sure what we can do about it at the moment anyway. I don’t think we did anything too dumb the last couple years, so I figure we’ll weather this somehow. Banker forwarded us the ad for some adjacent land for sale last week so apparently they aren’t worried yet.
